Refreshing Energizing, Watermelon,Ginger,Chia Juice.

Summer time is coming.   And that means fun in the sun!  That also means it’s watermelon time!

I would argue that watermelon is one of the best fruits God has created for us to enjoy.  

Watermelon is a low calorie food because of its high water content.  Full of vitamins and minerals it is good for over all health.  

Ginger and chia seed, for this juice, are totally optional.  The watermelon, surprisingly can stand all on its own. The addition of chia and ginger add extra health and wealth.  And chia is always fun  to add to drinks.
Now here is the easiest recipie ever.

2 cups of watermelon chunks

1/2 tsp of chopped ginger

1 tsp of chia seeds

1. Cut up watermelon into chunks.

2. Add ginger and blend.

3. Pour into glass add chia seed and stir. 

4. Enjoy
